Auction Management Corporation has been contracted to sell all remaining ets of this longtime national provider of licensed farm related gifts & collectibles. Auction to include large quantities of new, licensed items from John Deere, Case, Farmall, American Harvester, etc. Items consists of a wide variety of collectibles and other novelties including. Collector serving trays, canisters, tins, coasters, lamps, cookie jars, clocks, wooden perpetual calendars, candle warmers, bottle openers, license plates. Many of the lots will be sold by the pallet. We will also be selling office furniture, office equipment, pallet racking, Raymond 3000 lb standup forklift, Clark powered pallet jack, pallet jacks antiques, etc
DIRECTIONS: From 400 North, Exit 12A (McFarland Parkway East), merge onto McFarland and travel approximately 1 mile, left on McGinnis Ferry Road, immediate right on Old Alpharetta Road, look for auction signs.
INSPECTION: Thursday June 25th from 10am-2pm and from 9am day of sale.
REGISTRATION: Cash, cashiers check, or bank letter of credit guaranteeing full amount of purchase plus valid ID or drivers license required to register. Drivers license will be copied and returned after purchases have been paid in full.
TERMS: All items must be paid in full at the conclusion of the auction.
REMOVAL: No items may be removed during the auction. Items can only be removed while accompanied by an Auction Management Corporation representative and a paid receipt. Auction Management Corporation will allow for check out 3 hours after the conclusion of the auction. Removal will also take place Monday June 29th from 8am 4pm.
SALES TAX: A 7% sales tax will be added to all items sold UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYERS PREMIUM FEE ADDED: All items sold at this auction will be sold with a ten percent (10%) buyers premium fee added to the winning bid.
BUYERS NOTE: All items are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Announcements made at the auction take precedence over written matter. Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All items are subject to prior sale. Bid increments are at the Auctioneers discretion. All sales are final.
