I am on the dole and cant get a job just want know how much it would it cost? and where could i get a grant?
It depends on your age. I am on 50+ J.SA ,out of work six months. In order to take my course, they arranged a two-week literacy and numeracy course with learn direct. this is the only way the government will fund the forklift course. As I am an experienced flt driver, I only needed a one day refresher and passed ok.
You could of course go down the private route and check out training web sites , but I think you would be looking at £300-£400. Good luck.

Nothing, Go to learndirect they will put you through it for free, you just have to do an english or maths course first which takes about a week.
