I’m desperate for a fulltime job. I have 3 years of college, one misdemeanor 3 years ago and a spotty work record. The local school says theywill help find placement but of course they want my money 
A lot of times you get certified at the place you work at. Example you work for xyz company they will train you to be certified but only at that place are you certified. My current job doesn’t certify you all I do is hop in the fork and drive, which is one of the many reasons my job is a joke!
