		<description>&lt;b&gt;The flow is staying ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; The flow is staying contained until Spiderman (he is grounded) decides to touch the water. When Spiderman touches the water the  GFCI recognizes that the flow is heading towards something new (Spiderman). That&#039;s when it shuts off.</description>
